Completion formalities related to Public Deeds

We deal with all post-completion formalities in connection with Purchase Deeds, Inheritance Deeds, Donation Deeds, etc. After signing at the Notary’s Office we will take care of all the formalities up until the registration at the corresponding Land Registry is achieved.

Inheritance & Donation Tax Calculation: preparation of tax form & settlement at the corresponding Tax Office

We will make the calculation of the corresponding inheritance and/or donation tax to be paid, prepare & fill in the corresponding Tax Form and proceed with its settlement at the Tax Office.

Car transfer formalities

We deal with the change of ownership of vehicles with the Traffic Department Office.

This will include the Private Purchase/Sale agreement, payment of taxes until the registration in the name of the new owner is achieved.

Spanish Wills

We will organise the preparation & signature of your Spanish Will related to the properties and assets situated in Spain. This will include making an appointment at a local Notary Public and assistance at the time of signing the Will.

NIE NUMBER (TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) application

We can deal with the obtention of Tax Identification Numbers for non residents (NIE) before the Police Office. We will fill in the Application Form, payment of taxes and arrange an appointment.
